DACCRM offers subscription-based services, and charges are processed as per the chosen plan.Payment is required upfront, and failure to process payment may result in service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstance.DACCRM offers a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform, CRM features, training programs, and support.After the 14-day trial, the agreed subscription amount will be charged automatically. No refunds will be issued once the payment is processed.

6. Account Cancellation

Users who wish to cancel their subscription must submit an account cancellation request.Cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hours.If the request is made close to the billing date, the payment may still be processed, and the no-refund policy applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

DACCRM is not responsible for any loss, data breach, or service downtime beyond our control.Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.
